How to Make Paper Cup Piranha:
1. Gather all materials. Cut out piranha shapes from the free download, you may need to prep this work ahead of time or leave just one shape for your kiddo to cut out for fine motor skills practice.
2. Flip your paper cup upside-down and find the dorsal fin. This is the one that looks different from the others. You’ll see tabs that need to be folded at a 90° angle. Glue underneath each tab and place it on the now top of the cup. Did you know: Fins help fish keep balance and steer through the water!
3. Before gluing the side fins, go ahead and glue the mouth and eyes next. It’ll be easier to hold the cup without crushing the side fins. Use googly eyes or simply draw your own!
4. Add some finesse! Draw some fabulous eyelashes to go with that dashing piranha smile!
